A 2004 built Satena ATR 42-500 plane (HK-5104) collapsed its front landing gear when it was preparing to take off from San Andres Island (ADZ) towards Providencia (PVA) via flight 9R8806 on 01 May 2024.

Safe deplaning done on the Runway, No injuries reported at this moment.
