A Royal Air Maroc Embraer E190AR aircraft (CN-RGO) collided with birds while landing at Madrid-Barajas airport (MAD) in Spain on Saturday, 14 September.

Due to the bird strike, the nose Radome and Weather Radar Antenna were damaged but aircraft made a safe landing on Runway 32L.

The aircraft that originated from Casablanca (CMN) via flight AT972 is grounded at Madrid (MAD) at this time.
