Short Answer: 18 hours (15,200 km)

It depends on the aircraft load, cruising altitude and speed, head/tailwind, weather conditions and a variety of factors. For a typical passenger load (544 passengers – 4 class seating), the Airbus 380 can fly a distance of 15,200 km, or 8,200 nm. Assuming a cruise speed of 800 km/h (average), it can theoretically fly nonstop for almost 18 hours!

However an 18 hour flight would not be very feasible for obvious reasons (emergencies etc).

The longest route at present (Dallas – Sydney) is operated by Qantas Airways, covering 8,578 miles (13,805 km) in 16 hr 55 min.
