Tragic crash as all 62 occupants on VoePass flight PTB2283 (ATR72-500) perish in the Brazilian state of São Paulo. The aircraft climbed to a cruising altitude of FL170 until ADS-B data shows the aircraft entering a sudden sharp descent at 16:21 UTC (07:22 LT)
Videos show the aircraft in a fully developed spin with little to no forward speed before it impacted a residential area and burst into flames. Local police reported although the aircraft crashed near residences with people inside, no people on the ground have been injured.
