✔Each aircrash is Unique & reaching till the centre of the Cause during investigation always brings multi-dimensional challenges along.
✔The factors that influence the Aircrash investigation are :
👉 Human Factors Involved.
👉 Photography of the Process.
👉 Witnesses (Direct /indirect).
👉 Records (Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Administrative, Weather Reports).
👉 Material Factors.
👉 Evidence Gathering.
👉 Analysis (Regular & critical).
👉 Conclusions & Validation.
👉 Recommendations (to prevent future accidents).
👉 Reporting.

Investigator in Charge’s role is Vital :
✔The Investigator in Charge (IIC) must have the authority to conduct the investigation, acquire resources, & have access to an organization’s leadership.
✔The IIC should be senior in authority to the person directly involved in the accident to eliminate influence over the reported outcome of the investigation.
✔The IIC should also ensure that team members are well trained, equipped, & that they have no conflicting duties that take precedence over the investigative effort.
